Technical director / co-founder
Karolina is a sustainability expert and co-founder of the carbon wise. With more than a decade of experience across carbon, water and environmental systems, she has supported businesses, schools and communities in turning complex sustainability challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

Her work has been featured in national media and industry publications, and she has collaborated with universities, water utilities, and leading organisations to pioneer new approaches to environmental protection.
Driven by a passion for making sustainability practical and accessible, Karolina blends deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills, helping people understand their environmental footprint and take meaningful action.
Her experience spans from solving urban infrastructure issues to developing circular economy partnerships that deliver long-term change.
Laura Su
Development director / co-founder
Laura is a sustainability professional and co-founder of the carbon wise. With over a decade of experience across carbon, water and the environment, she has helped businesses, schools and communities turn complex challenges into clear and practical action.

Her work has been featured by the BBC, national press and industry publications, and she has partnered with universities, water companies and industry leaders to drive innovation in environmental protection.
Recognised for her impact, Laura has been shortlisted for national awards and was honoured with the University of Hull Alumni Laureate Award for her contributions to sustainability.

Passionate about making sustainability accessible, Laura combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, helping people understand their impact and take meaningful steps forward. She brings real-world experience to every project, from tackling fatbergs beneath UK cities to building circular economy partnerships that create lasting change.
